      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios in the collision repair segment
      - Implement sales programs, plans, and policies in collaboration with your supervisor
      - Determine priorities and call patterns for maximum effectiveness
      - Support regional and zone campaigns and initiatives
      - Create business plans for end users and track sales activity using CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of sales and/or automotive aftermarket industry experience, or High School Diploma with six years of sales experience
      - A current and valid driver's license
      - Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Strong organizational skills and self-starter mentality
      - Ability to manage time and territory effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in financial acumen or related field
      - Technical expertise and knowledge of the automotive repair industry
      - Experience working with digital solutions and CRM tools
      - Proven track record in manufacturing or distribution sales
      - Experience in effectively demonstrating products to stakeholders
