Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mowing equipment, maintenance vehicles, and power tools
• Perform routine inspections, servicing, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, tires, and engine components
• Assist with tool management and staff training on proper equipment care
• Support the maintenance team by operating mowing equipment as needed
• Ensure clean and safe work areas at all times
• Help with fabrication, body repairs, and painting
• Promote safety and follow best practices in all tasks
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in small engine repair and maintenance prefered
• License: Must have a valid driver’s license
• Skills: Quick learner, works well in fast-paced environments
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
