Summary Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, we are seeking a Commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing eCommerce Team that builds, manages, and maintains all ecommerce data for our 900+ clients. A passionate individual who excels in prioritizing and multitasking many projects while communicating effectively and managing positive relationships with many different internal teams and clients. Exceptional Excel skills and close attention to detail would make someone an ideal candidate, as well as a technical mindset.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain an eCommerce shopping platform consisting of over 100k products across 700+ brands
- Managing many large ecommerce product catalogs and ensuring a high-quality store experience
- High-level Excel skills including macro writing with some experience in HTML, SQL, Salesforce, and JIRA
- Maintain and manage multiple projects, brands, and internal departments simultaneously and have a comprehensive understanding of ecommerce workflow (catalog and inventory management)
- Identify opportunities to increase customer conversion and eComm experience
- Maintain accurate and current JIRA and Salesforce documentation and communication
- Develop cross-functional relationships internally and externally in a respectful and generous manner
Qualifications - 1-3 years of job experience
- Bachelor's degree (business, management, marketing, communications, or Information Systems), or equivalent combination of education & experience

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $45,000-55,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.

Salary Description
$45,000-$55,000 per year
