What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert-level consultation on compliance documentation and real estate project feasibility
- Conduct on-site monitoring of projects to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and service standards
- Develop compliance monitoring protocols and performance thresholds for capital management
- Lead public hearings and serve as a resource for grant-funded programs regarding compliance matters
- Analyze financial transactions and legal documents to assess project feasibility and mitigate risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eight years of combined formal education and professional experience in community, trade, or economic development
- At least four years of formal education in political science, business, public administration, or a related field
- Direct experience working with consulting firms, nonprofit organizations, or governmental entities engaged in infrastructure or real estate law
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and experience with capital program implementation
- Strong analytical and communication skills for consulting and presentation purposes

- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to capital facilities and infrastructure
