What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and organize required documentation for smooth claim submissions to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
- Act as a point of contact between the TPA and Hotels, resolving issues and ensuring effective communication
- Ensure adherence to property reporting procedures across various claim areas
- Manage documentation processes to facilitate quick and effective claim resolutions
- Provide comprehensive claims reports summarizing findings and recommendations to leadership groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3+ years of experience in property, crime, cyber, international liability, or risk management
- 1+ years of direct claims handling experience
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with claims management systems and reporting tools
- Associates’ degree in business insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) is highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
