What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Commercial Loan Specialists
- Delegate tasks and monitor workflow to meet service level agreements
- Conduct quality reviews of team members' work to ensure accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Closing Coordinator or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Thorough knowledge of loan documentation and collateral perfection requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience in developing training programs for team members
- Familiarity with commercial loan compliance policies and closing processes
- Proficiency in loan documentation systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven track record of building collaborative relationships within a team
