What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple commercial construction projects across various states, maintaining a 90%+ on-time completion rate
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring minimal budget overruns
- Identify and proactively resolve potential roadblocks, maintaining a risk log for effective project management
- Create comprehensive documentation and guides for franchisees, ensuring ease of use and understanding
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Notion, Monday.com) for tracking timelines and budgets
- Familiarity with construction documentation, local building codes, and MEP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification preferred
- Experience with multi-site development and overseeing specialized subcontractors
- Basic understanding of cost estimation and value engineering principles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively
