- Provide insights and analytics to shape a comprehensive European strategy for the biosimilar portfolio.
- Define revenue targets, go-to-market strategies, and national commercial plans to support growth ambitions.
- Oversee European sales activities, delivering analytics and insights to drive consistent revenue growth in key markets.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, ensuring timely adoption and sustainable growth.
- Establish KPIs for launch readiness and track performance for commercial success.
- Provide segmentation, targeting, and field activity insights to maximize ROI.
- Design and monitor effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans, communication strategies, and digital platforms.
- Support market access strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and payer negotiations.
- Enhance European tender management efforts for competitive advantage.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Use data-driven insights to refine commercial strategies and align them with market demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with commercial goals and execution plans.
- Harmonize European and global strategies to enhance operational success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across functions.
- 10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biosimilar industry.
- Proven expertise in biosimilar commercialization and analytics.
- Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related fields.
- Extensive experience at the European level, with a deep understanding of the biosimilars/biologics landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, trends, and customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English essential, fluence in Dutch is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work from my clients offices when required.
Our client, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing biosimilar medicines to market is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Excellence Associate Director to lead and support the successful commercialization of biosimilar products across the European market. Leveraging market intelligence and a strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring successful product launches, and shaping commercial excellence initiatives.
This is a hybrid position where you will need to regularly attend my clients office in the Netherlands (South Holland).
