- Driving plans for governance framework for the various marketing projects
- Guiding team on different business models for both financial and operational perspectives for current operations as well as the new directions
- Developing & regularizing financial practices and SOP for operations including cashflow tracking & forecasting, unit-wise budget management, rolling revenue & cost forecasting etc.
- Consolidated financial reporting
- Engagement with external consultants and stakeholders
- Producing monthly performance dashboards and management reports for all the projects
- Periodic & ad-hoc reporting of project activities & insight generation
- Driving simplification & automation initiatives for faster and more agile operations
- Ensure business partners are held accountable for automated financial modules to provide desired output
- Tax and vat efficiency gains as well as on time in full reporting to regulatory bodies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems
- Rational decision making and problem-solving ability is essential
- Upbeat, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
- An ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and external parties.
- Experience in start-up, or projects where new products/systems have been launched
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format.
- A good understanding of other functional areas, e.g., operations and marketing would be an advantage.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring financial feasibility of existing and upcoming marketing projects, preparing, and assessing the financial statements while ensuring compliance and governance. He/she is also responsible for developing and managing the team reporting to them to increase their circle of expertise.
