      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors, control distributors, and consulting engineers
      - Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow market share within the assigned territory
      - Track HVAC projects, influence specifications, and develop strategies to win bids
      - Conduct hands-on training and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities
      - Use CRM tools to log activities, track opportunities, and maintain clear communication with the internal team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred), or 3-5 years of HVAC industry experience
      - Familiarity with mechanical and control HVAC contractors and ecosystems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
      - Strong technical acumen and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively
      - A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for sales and service calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales leadership roles within the HVAC industry
      - Established network of contacts within the HVAC contractor and engineering communities
      - Previous experience with HVAC controls and technical problem-solving
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
