      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      The Lead Generation Representative is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) goal based on their assigned geography. This role is also responsible for the execution of the District and Inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader. This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the NAMs, CTMs, and Inside Sellers.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Generates Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via three routes:
      • Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
      • Independent outreach to identified prospects / contacts
      • Respond to inbound inquiries / demand that do not meet MQL / SQL criteria
      • Determines if / when leads meet “SQL” criteria and routes leads to appropriate Lennox sales individual/role/team
      • Provides sales teams with qualified leads / contacts that can quickly matriculate into high-value / potential opportunities
      • Ensures low-quality leads / contacts are appropriately nurtured and not unnecessarily passed to TMs
      • Collaborates with sales reps to ensure consistent feedback loop on lead / contact quality and foster continuous improvement
      • Selectively targets specific / named accounts at the direction of sales reps; occasionally asked to target or “dig-into” specific accounts for contacts / opportunities

      Qualifications

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      Key Qualifications:

      Professional Experience:

      Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience

      Education:

      Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing)

      Technical Skills:

      Experience with CRM tools

      Experience with call automation tools

      (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)

      Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus

      (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)

      Basic knowledge of HVAC products

      Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

      Communication:

      Advanced verbal and written communication skills

      Advanced presentation skills

      Requires good customer service

      This position offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $40,000-52,500 which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $58,000 USD/year in bonuses, plus uncapped payouts for “over-target” commissions.
