      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage front-end operations of the Renewal process for Techs and Underwriters
      - Create and mark up renewal lists by following specific information-gathering steps
      - Maintain and process the Commercial Lines electronic mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of emails
      - Provide loss runs to agents and insureds, and verify claim certified policy requests
      - Update standard work documents and job aids related to the position

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-5 years of experience as a commercial lines technician
      - Excellent communication, data entry, analytical, and organizational skills
      - Dependable with excellent attendance and able to follow through on initiatives
      - Proficient with personal computers and desktop applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Willingness to participate in mentorship, continuing education, and training
      - Ability to be flexible with tasks due to an increasing knowledge base
      - Experience with handling amendments, cancellations, and correspondence in an insurance context
