What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements while managing all company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters, retailers, or managers regarding account servicing issues
- Develop professional rapport with clients and underwriters to enhance business relationships
- Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry through workshops, seminars, and literature reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Personal Lines E&S products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AIM & ImageRight
- Previous work experience in insurance underwriting or customer service with a successful track record
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
