What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements, ensuring timely correspondence management
- Respond promptly to requests from brokerage teams, underwriters, and managers regarding account servicing
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and underwriters
- Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters, managing all account documentation
- Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and complete inspections ordering and renewals in the company portal

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Personal Lines E&S products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AIM & ImageRight software
- Previous work experience in insurance underwriting and customer service
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others through effective communication
