What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete daily review of the Critical Maintenance report, resolving errors and suggesting improvements
- Implement and streamline audit functions for risk mitigation and efficiency
- Accurately post daily, weekly, and monthly rate changes
- Perform daily review of base rate changes, accrual changes, and parameter maintenance
- Audit departmental reports and reconciliations periodically

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of loan operations experience
- Experience with Jack Henry core system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Financial Processing core systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced computer skills in report writing and spreadsheet applications
