Within our Marketing & Sales Unit Deco Benelux in Sassenheim (Netherlands) or Vilvoorde (Belgium) we are looking for: Commercial Operations Interns.

Our MSU Deco Benelux ComOps team supports our customers and handles product, quality, data, processes, and systems. ComOps team focus on increasing customer satisfaction by optimizing first time right. In this manner the cost to serve is optimized. Constant improvement of existing data, processes and systems using new (automation) technologies is key for margin management. We support A-Brand portfolio like Flexa, Cetabever, Sikkens, Trimetal, Hammerite and Alabastine. Our internships offer a wide variety of commercial operation topics, including customer support, e-commerce, product quality, sustainability, E2E improvement and master data management. The placement can last from 3 to 6 months, and starting dates and topics will be defined individually, depending on the team where the internship takes place and available projects.

What could the internship involve?

• Have the opportunity to experience customer journeys from supplier perspective.
• Work on commercial operations day2day (sub) projects challenges in serving customers.

• Develop scientific insights how to translate theory into practical execution.
• Work within an multi country organization in multi-disciplinary teams.

What do you bring?

• On-going study to get a Bachelor | Master’s degree in Business Economics, IT & Management, Data Driven Science, Process improvement or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language (French is nice to have).
• Can do mentality.
• Curiosity to learn all about problem solving of our day2day challenges.
• Affinity with new (digital) technologies.
• Good communication skills.
