      HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
      Reporting to the Commercial Director (Australia & New Zealand), the Commercial Performance Manager reviews all commercial data from all touch points across the Cartier Australia business and advises on best practice to drive business performance and efficiencies.

      Key Responsibilities include:

      Commercial Performance

      • Develop reports incorporating a 360 vision: across channels (Retail, Travel Retail, E-commerce, Watch Specialists, etc.), products, clients in collaboration with the other departments involved (e.g. Marketing)
      • Support business goals by tracking performance across all channels, reporting on key KPIs and developing both strategic and actionable insights through data-driven analysis
      • Analyse initiatives results (e.g. incentives, VM tactical push, etc.) vs. objectives on a frequent basis
      • Calculate monthly commissions and analyse results
      • Maintain a circular feedback loop (across all channels), share opportunities for sales growth and recommendations for future improvements
      • Assist in building a new, robust practice around driving business performance through prioritization of commercial initiatives and consistent execution
      • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the Cartier action plans process, boutiques and partners, and ensure consistent execution throughout the year
      • Support commercial team in developing business acumen skills
      • Support the creation of the yearly objectives (“My Performance Journey”) and regularly track the team achievements

      Financial Planning

      • Through a challenging partnership approach, coordinate and consolidate sales forecast during the different financial planning phase of the year (e.g. Budget, latest estimates, etc.)
      • Responsible of the Daily Sales, monthly estimate, monthly rolling forecast and other end of month reporting
      • Act as a major contributor to the creation of various commercial presentations including the annual Market Action Plan

      Additional Missions

      • Participate to the commercial part for brief and score cards for new network projects
      • Manage ad-hoc projects based on business needs, HQ and/or regional initiatives

      HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
      We believe in shared success and understanding and that with your actions you elevate your team and the Maison. To contribute to your own and the team’s success, you will have:

      • 5+ years of experience in a commercially driven analytical role
      • Exposure to working with luxury commercial or retail departments
      • A bachelor’s degree
      • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and proficiency in Reporting tools
      • Exceptional analytical skills and business awareness working with data & database universe
      • Excellent communication skills to translate key decisions to action plans with all stakeholders
      • A curious and flexible mindset and be a motivated self-starter with high emotional intelligence
      • An ultra-organised multi-tasking approach, taking pride in your work and meeting deadlines
      • Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders
      • A genuine interest in Cartier’s history, creations and collections is a must
