What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and assist offices with processing commercial jobs and communicating with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with national customers throughout the job lifecycle
- Manage job progress through the job management system and provide updates to customers
- Assist with the creation of preliminary reports, estimates, and timelines for all jobs
- Review and confirm the accuracy of estimates submitted by offices before final invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the property insurance or restoration industry
- Strong property damage estimating skills and experience
- Advanced knowledge of Xactimate software
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
