What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard commercial loans into the host system
- Record/file liens on collateral: mortgages, UCCs, vehicles, etc.
- Perform post-closing review of loan document packages and reminders to ensure a perfected security interest is obtained, and the documents adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures
- Upload electronic documents to the imaging system
- Review real estate appraisals and evaluations for regulatory compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One to three years of general office support or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some post-secondary education is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and web-based software
- Credit analysis, commercial documentation of other financial experience is desired.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to adjust priorities, stay organized and provide process-wide attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial documentation, or other financial services role
