What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform portfolio quality reviews in commercial niches and programs to ensure compliance and accuracy in policy issuance.
- Complete executive summaries and reports for underwriting management, including presentations to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with management to identify inefficiencies and recommend training opportunities to enhance performance.
- Advise underwriters on processes, procedures, and unique situations regarding risk selection and underwriting guidelines.
- Participate in commercial underwriting/project initiatives as a QA subject matter expert.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Five (5) years of commercial underwriting experience or strong technical experience in an underwriting role.
- Two (2) years of experience as a UW Quality Assurance Associate or equivalent strong technical experience in an auditing role.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Underwriting experience in Non-Profit Human Services, Religious Organizations, and/or Programs highly desirable.
