What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform portfolio quality reviews in Commercial Niches and Programs to ensure compliance and accuracy in policy issuance
- Complete executive summaries and reports for underwriting management, including presentations to senior leaders
- Collaborate with management to identify process inefficiencies and recommend training opportunities
- Provide guidance to underwriters on processes, procedures, and risk selection
- Participate in commercial underwriting initiatives as a QA subject matter expert

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five (5) years of commercial underwriting experience, or equivalent strong technical experience in an underwriting role
- Two (2) years of experience as a UW Quality Assurance Associate, or equivalent strong technical experience in an auditing role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Underwriting experience in Non-Profit Human Services and/or Programs is highly desirable
