      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and foster a high-functioning performance-driven culture
      - Manage global renewals and account management for the employer's software
      - Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets
      - Create and maintain a personal book of business using modern prospecting techniques
      - Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS Account Executives and Account Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with PLM software sales is required
      - Experience selling into cosmetic industries or similar life science vertical is required
      - Proven success in achieving sales goals selling to business owners and executives
      - Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills

      - Understanding and passion for sales as a modern profession, including prospecting and social selling techniques
      - Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive-level audience
