What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pursue hardscape projects in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping applications
- Leverage technological resources to enhance sales efforts
- Build brand awareness through face-to-face relationship-building
- Host educational sessions and lunch and learns for clients
- Visit commercial project sites to facilitate customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to read blueprints and understand design concepts
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Landscape Architecture
- Experience with CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports
- Familiarity with engineering and architect offices, municipalities, and real estate developers
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid passport for international travel
