What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the closing process of commercial real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts and preparing related documentation
- Search, examine, and interpret commercial real estate documents
- Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy
- Communicate recording information and prepare legal property documents such as endorsements and supplementals
- Conduct title research to compile the chain of title and create title files

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of commercial title-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications
