      Requirements

      The role:

      We are looking for a highly motivated Commission Analyst to join the Finance team. This role will be working cross-functionally with the Sales Org, HR, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and Sales Ops teams and will be responsible for commissions and bonus operations including variable compensations calculations, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate would bring with them 2-3+ years of Sales variable compensation experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      The day-to-day:

      • Thoroughly understand and execute monthly calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with the company’s policy or practice
      • Work globally across the business units and locations to serve as a POC for all commissions/MBO related matters
      • Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the global sales teams
      • Work closely with Human Resources to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and retroactive changes
      • Working on implementing the commissions and other sales incentive plans in the relevant system
      • Preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting
      • Ad Hoc projects and requests, as needed

      Ideally, we’re looking for:

      • 2-3 years’ work experience in an FP&A/Commissions roles in a global company
      • Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel
      • Ability to grow and think outside the box, identify problems or opportunities to improve upon existing processes and provide innovative solutions
      • Fluent in English
      • Prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner and communicate with all level’s management

      These would also be nice:

      • Previous experience in a SaaS company
      • Previous experience with CaptivateIQ
      • Previous experience with Salesforce
