Description
Major Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of the Commodity Sales Administrator position is to support the Commodity Sales Rubbish/Waste to Energy team to ensure Northstar provides excellent customer service to both our clients and our outlet partners. These support services include:
- Data entry of monthly pricing updates in database
- Managing monthly pricing alerts
- Working with outlets to correct pricing errors
- Work with new outlets to collect and submit paperwork for set-up
- Collect historical data from outlets and summarize
- Contract Management Software Support:
- Data entry of key contract terms and information into the contract management software.
- Running basic searches and queries within the contract management software to retrieve information
- Other activities may include data entry, assistance with Letters of Authorization and Award Letters and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Key Selection Criteria:
- Northstar Recycling Commodity Sales Executives should possess the following criteria:
- High School Diploma Required, Associates Degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Feel comfortable with conducting phone and email inquiries
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
The Full-Time, hourly Northstar Commodity Sales Administrator position can be based in either the Central or Eastern Time Zone and requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
