Your Impact:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic communication lead to support organizational change management initiatives while also driving change through visual design. This hybrid role blends expertise in change management, graphic design, and communications to support current change initiatives and prepare for future product-focused responsibilities as our organization expands.

Core Responsibilities

• Change Management Support:
• Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies for key projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with clear, impactful messaging.
• Create and manage change management documentation, including stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
• Monitor and report on the success of change initiatives, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Graphic and Product Design:
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate business use cases into software design
• Designed and created complex visual representations, such as user workflows, branded web, and mobile design, and detailed design assets to support product development and strategic initiatives.
• Develop visually compelling communication materials such as presentations, infographics, and banners.

Core Experience

• A creative communicator with a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas effectively to executives and stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, product visualization, or change management.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of stakeholder communication strategies and change impact assessments.

Compensation: Pay Range - $50,000-$75,000 salary/DOE
