      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, create, and conduct communication, training, and development programs to enhance organizational performance
      - Analyze organizational communication and training needs to identify improvement areas
      - Develop training materials, scenarios, and briefings to support learning initiatives
      - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective training solutions
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in communication, training, and development
      - Active Secret or Interim security clearance required
      - BS/BA degree in Business Management or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
      - AA/AS degree in Business Management or a related field with 7 years of relevant experience, OR
      - HS diploma with 9 years of relevant experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with the Department of Defense or similar organizations
      - Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
      - Strong presentation and facilitation skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
