What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate emergent and non-emergent communication both externally and internally
- Utilize complex on-call schedules for nurse to physician and physician to physician communication
- Assist in training new employees at the same level
- Look up patient information for friends and family members of patients
- Transfer customers to appropriate departments within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of experience with computers
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous healthcare and multi-line phone experience preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
