      Responsibilities:

      Engagement Communications

      • Develop effective communication strategies and tactics to drive engagement in our service offerings.

      • Create tools and resources that clients can use to further promote and activate upon our services

      Client Communications

      • Work with SMEs to develop new client-facing materials on an as-needed basis

      • Support commercial team members by reviewing and designing presentations used for pitches, RFPs, upsells, and webinars.

      • Create email and letter templates that commercial teams can utilize to update clients with new information regarding service offerings

      Product Marketing/Communications

      • Partner with SMEs on the Product Team to review and develop collateral that highlights the unique value proposition of the product across various marketing channels

      • Develop toolkits and communications packages for new products or product enhancements

      Internal Communications

      • Oversee the organization communications calendar - drafting, proofreading, and sending emails to a variety of audiences.

      • Own the strategy and execution of internal communications

      • Work in collaboration with organizational leaders to organize and execute Town Halls

      • Own the development and execution of an internal newsletter

      • Support LES-wide events and own the corresponding communications strategies (including Lab Week and Customer Week)

      Crisis Communications

      • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop client-facing messaging for unexpected or crisis-events

      • Work directly with legal teams to have communications approved and distributed

      • Support the development of internal talking points

      General Communications

      • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support their communication needs.

      • Project manage communications workload and activity.

      • Work with the Enterprise Marketing team to ensure cohesion in communications and strategy

      • Acts as the liaison between Enterprise Marketing and the LES team to ensure new communications projects are being prioritized accordingly

      • Ownership the Internal Marketing Request Tracker

      Marquee Client Communications

      • Own and execute an end-to-end process for developing custom communications and promotional needs for the marquee client

      • Develop a communications calendar that is inclusive of all communications efforts that support the well-being program

      • Follows and aligns client brand guidelines into communication and marketing materials

      • Work with stakeholders to develop and execute communications for programmatic events and initiatives

      Commercial Support and Strategy

      • Identify and implement improvements for communications processes that impact the commercial team

      • Support the planning and communications of twice-year commercial trainings

      • Provide training and education on newly created communication and product marketing materials

      Requirements:

      Preferred Experience/Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Communications, Journalism or English, as preferred course of study. Master’s degree highly desirable.

      • Partner with a contractor on a project-basis and provide project oversight

      • Experience with corporate communications, public relations, product marketing, or related field

      • Experience in product and feature launches communicating the product value to the market

      • Three to five years of experience in communications including speechwriting and internal/external communications

      • Healthcare or Wellness communications experience highly preferred

      • Visual design skills and experience

      • Multimedia creation/editing skills

      Additional Qualifications:

      Qualified candidates should have in-depth knowledge of modern communications tools and the Microsoft suite, as well as the ability to think strategically about how the communications function continues to evolve and serve enterprise customers and employees, including:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Having a growth mindset

      • Actively approaching issues that could impact client retention

      • Experience developing marketing materials in Canva or similar design platform

      • Capable of developing professional relationships with internal and external partners

      • Resilient and adaptable in the face of shifting priorities

      • Able to clarify priorities/requests and manage your time wisely

      Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000/yr

      All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

      Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
