We are specifically looking for someone to join our North America Hair Care team and join the Aussie and My Black is Beautiful teams. You will focus on leading public relations and influencer marketing strategies and execution of plans that build the business by effectively engaging key influencers through multiple marketing vehicles, such as earned media, credentialing, social/digital media, and events. In addition to the public relations and influencer work, you’ll also influence the continued evolution of the My Black is Beautiful social community and community grassroots efforts. You will be creating and driving talk-worthy ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more. This role is all about innovation and driving breakthrough in communications that delight a diverse range of consumers, key opinion leaders, and influencers alike. You should continually seek new and better ways of getting the job done and be passionate about building the best communications campaigns - not just at P&G but anywhere.

Job Qualifications

- 1-3 (or more) years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency, in-house, etc.)

- A Bachelors, Masters or MBA in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar degree

-Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH
