What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Update and maintain the company intranet with current and relevant content
- Create and refine sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences
- Manage the communications content calendar, ensuring alignment with deadlines
- Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications for clarity and alignment with messaging standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Communications role
- Required experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
- Experience with project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
