What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and design email communications, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal
- Update and maintain the company intranet with timely and relevant content
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and reports for various stakeholders
- Manage the communications content calendar, ensuring alignment with deadlines
- Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications for clarity and consistency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Communications role
- Commercial Real Estate experience is required
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
