      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic communication plans for internal departments and executives using various channels and tools
      - Oversee the agency's official social media presence, including content creation and performance tracking
      - Provide editorial proofreading and coordinate with design teams to maintain internal documents
      - Write and edit branded marketing materials to engage and educate diverse audiences
      - Connect with community partners to enhance the agency's brand and promote educational programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications, including writing and editing various communications
      - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, public administration, business administration, or a related field
      - Strong knowledge of internal communication techniques and social media outreach
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
      - Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Knowledge of government public information office communication
