What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and design email communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company branding
- Update and maintain the company intranet with current and relevant content
- Create and refine sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for various audiences
- Manage the communications content calendar and track team initiatives
- Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications for clarity and consistency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Communications role
- Commercial Real Estate experience is required
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and presentation tools
- Experience with project management software is required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
