- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and advising on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts.
- Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
- Assisting in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels; ensuring that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
- Developing and distributing communications materials, such as written communications, presentation materials, etc. to deliver key messages.
- Describes methods for quantifying and measuring productivity and quality.
- Provides examples of business measurements used in own area.
- Explains basic concepts behind measuring work effort.
- Identifies methods used to capture and communicate measurements.
- Describes the organizational culture for interacting with others.
- Provides examples of individuals with good interpersonal skills and their specific skills.
- Explains the benefits of maintaining positive working relationships with associates.

- Works with a specific multimedia tool.
- Deals with the major phases of the production cycle for multimedia products.
- Participates in developing and integrating a design's mixed media components.
- Compiles a list of associated equipment, peripherals, and supply requirements.
- Completed university degree or degree related to Communications.
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, business communication, experience in internal and external communication, experience in social networks.
- Skills to prevent communication gaps.
- Experience in creating digital content in audio and video photography.
- Strong experience in managing design platforms, including audio, photography, and video tools.
- Experience in strategies for business communication, business experience and corporate image.
- Experience in dissemination strategies to increase the positive impact of socially responsible companies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, proactive, focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
- Advanced English is required.
- This position will be in Reynosa, Tamaulipas
- Work from Monday to Friday
