    • Plans and organizes community education programs based on the interests and needs of the community.
    • Regularly evaluates effectiveness and participation in programs and makes appropriate recommendations to the Community Education Director.
    • Organizes and implements adult education classes int he ocmmunity consistent with interest, enrollment, and need.
    • Finds and screens instructors for community education classes and programs.
    • Complete quarterly reports and send to District Office to include expenses, revenue, and program attendance numbers by age groups.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Attend in-service trainings and team meetings.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to create relationships with parents/guardians, community, and staff.
    • Position Hours: Approximately 13.75 hours per week
      Location: Cherry School, Iron, MN

      This position is part of our Community Education program in which this opportunity enjoys a close team environment and responsbility in coordinating our Community Education events, programs, and family activities for our Cherry school. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
      • Plans and organizes community education programs based on the interests and needs of the community.
