What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, inspire, train, and coordinate volunteers for the New American Program
- Conduct orientation for new volunteers and educate them on relevant cultural practices
- Develop volunteer assignments based on interests and abilities, coordinating schedules accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with individual volunteers and groups
- Monitor volunteer satisfaction and productivity, providing recognition as appropriate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer recruitment, training, and management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach and partnership development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
