      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage the community through public presentations, workshops, and communication tactics to promote early childhood initiatives
      - Create and maintain relationships with businesses and community influencers to raise awareness of early childhood needs
      - Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to achieve shared awareness goals
      - Develop and implement strategic engagement plans and complete internal reporting
      - Represent the organization as a spokesperson for early childhood initiatives and community engagement efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in communications, public relations, community engagement, or a related field
      - Proven effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Experience in building relationships, preferably within the Phoenix Northeast area
      - Demonstrated creativity and ability to motivate others toward action
      - Availability for regular travel within the Phoenix Northeast area, including evenings and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
      - Experience in community engagement or public relations within early childhood development
