What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage the community through public presentations, workshops, and communication tactics to promote early childhood awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses and community influencers to create awareness of early childhood initiatives
- Collaborate with teams and partners to achieve shared awareness goals and drive systems change
- Develop and implement strategic engagement plans and reporting
- Represent the organization as a spokesperson on early childhood issues and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in communications, public relations, community engagement, or a related field
- Proven effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in initiating connections and building relationships within the community
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and motivate others toward action
- Regular availability for day, evening, and occasional overnight travel across the West Valley area

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies and practices
