What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough research to understand patients' healthcare needs and best contact methods
- Perform telephonic outreach to eligible patients and caregivers to explain and enroll them in the program
- Engage with physician offices, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities to promote patient enrollment
- Provide in-depth explanations of the program to patients, caregivers, and providers while creatively handling objections
- Build relationships with community providers and collaborate with a cross-functional team to enhance patient experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of progressive career growth
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales, patient engagement, community outreach, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, organization, and follow-up abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages is a significant plus
- Experience in a contact center setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM and EMR tools is beneficial
