Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at Pathways Omaha located at 5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152.

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30/5:00PM with on-call every 7-8 weeks.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.

Skills & Requirements

Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred

Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
