      Job summary

      The successful applicant will work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team and Care Co-ordinate their own caseload of patients in line with the Mental Health (Wales) measure. You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user-centred care and contribute to the development of adult mental health service in Lower Monmouthshire.

      The applicant will undertake core CMHT duties such as routine and urgent assessment clinics, assessing, planning and implementation of care. depot clinic, clozapine clinic and duty desk.
