What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualitative research and analysis, including stakeholder interviews and focus groups
- Develop reports and summaries from meetings and stakeholder engagements
- Map stakeholders and engage with RAFT communities and faculty affiliates
- Provide critical support to the RAFT project management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
- Facilitate small group discussions and meetings to enhance collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current student at the University of Virginia, with a preference for graduate students
- No prior experience required
- Strong interest in policy, planning, and climate adaptation
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with partners
- Availability to commit to the position through Summer 2025
