What is Required (Qualifications):

- Registered Nurse licensed in Oregon for at least 3 years
- Experience in teaching nursing tasks and performing delegations
- No restrictions on nursing practice
- Able to pass background and drug tests
- Current ODL in good standing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in case management
- Prior experience in a home care setting
