What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and approved Ancillary products to prospective beneficiaries
- Identify, contact, and educate potential customers about their insurance options
- Maintain meticulous CRM records, capturing all critical client data and interactions
- Follow all compliance rules, procedures, and security measures as mandated by CMS and the employer
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and industry updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in the insurance or Medicare industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% and adapt to a dynamic schedule

- Prior carrier broker experience
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
