      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate and receive customer calls, emails, and chats regarding community solar subscriptions
      - Ensure subscriber satisfaction and resolve complaints amicably
      - Monitor call queues for various customer service needs, including welcome calls and failed payments
      - Prepare reports analyzing metrics for outbound calls and handle assigned work tickets
      - Analyze customer feedback and assist with various customer service tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in customer service
      - Knowledge of customer experience best practices
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
