What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide mental health support to clients in their homes and communities
- Assist with care planning and case management to facilitate client growth and recovery
- Help clients strengthen daily living skills and navigate complex systems
- Drive clients to various appointments and resources as needed
- Adapt to clients' schedules, needs, and treatment plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and daily access to a personal vehicle
- High school diploma or GED certificate with 5 years of supervised clinical experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 2 years of supervised clinical experience, or a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in mental health services or community support
- Strong background in trauma-informed care or harm reduction practices
- Additional certifications or licensure in relevant fields
