DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Company Car Data Analyst to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• To exceed and manage customer expectations
• Analyzing and maintaining data around handover process of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles to Volkswagen Group employees and associated organisations
• Fully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our
• Data investigation, testing and quality checks
• Support in the admin of reporting and Dashboard platforms
• Data modelling (using Excel, Power BI any other)
• Create Ad hoc data analysis requests using Excel, Power BI or other
• Work with Key business areas to identify data sources and reporting opportunities
• Creating interactive Reporting and BI solutions using SSRS and Power BI or other
• Adhering to scheme rules and department processes and procedures
• Assisting with Company Cars inbox and dealing with all queries and requests
• Supporting other areas within the team when needed as requested by Team Leader/ Manager
• Assisting with the booking of handover and handback appointments
• Answering customer calls, dealing with queries

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Data Input experience with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Administration skills
• Proven track record in a customer service environment
• Team Player
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Proven IT and mathematical skills ( Data Specific )
• Advanced experienced in using Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to use appropriate tools and methods to transform data into meaningful outputs
• Analytical and problem-solving skills- statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
