      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing compensation support for pay-related changes, including off-cycle increases and promotional adjustments
      - Collaborate with business leaders to benchmark jobs and determine competitive compensation ranges
      - Maintain HR Case Management ticket system and Compensation Inbox for timely support
      - Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness
      - Manage compensation projects from design to execution, including communication and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a compensation analyst in a Center of Excellence
      - Proficiency with human capital management software, preferably DayForce
      - Strong knowledge of human resource regulations and best practices
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience conducting salary analysis and salary surveys
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
      - Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues
      - Proactive and service-oriented mindset
